PROJECT BRIEF

Manufacturing company Neenah Paper needed an online learning experience to onboard new employees in the United States, Germany, the UK, and Netherlands. The goals were to introduce fundamental topics about the business.

After project objectives were established, I conducted a comprehensive analysis of the client’s existing materials, followed by the instructional design of module storyboards and scripts, and then the development of the interactive resource. Stakeholders and SMEs were engaged in ongoing content reviews throughout the design and development cycles.

Employees are now able to explore Neenah’s mission, product lines, and business specifics through the self-directed, on-demand training experience.

Within the course modules, I designed customized videos, graphics, and interactions using Articulate Storyline 360.
