My Story

I’ve always been fascinated by how people learn.

As a kid, I’d create my own worksheets to “teach” lessons I’d just learned myself—a small preview of the learning designer I’d become.

Before starting college I was intent on becoming a teacher, but a high school psychology class changed my path. I became captivated by how the brain processes information and what truly motivates behavior. That curiosity led me to earn a bachelor’s degree in psychology and, soon after, to my first role in the executive education division of a consulting firm called The Leadership Academies.

Immersed in the world of adult learning, I discovered instructional design—the perfect intersection of learning psychology, education, and design.

I went on to earn a Master’s in Education and Human Development with a focus on Instructional Design and Human Organizational Learning, and I’ve been building learning experiences ever since.

Over the past 14 years, I’ve led initiatives across academic, NGO, healthcare, finance, and SaaS organizations—designing global online programs, leading LMS implementations, and building enablement strategies that help people work and learn smarter.
