Challenge + Context

When the City and County of Denver launched Workday as its new HR information system, managers across departments needed to quickly learn new processes for hiring, time tracking, and performance management.

Process + Solution

As part of this short-term project, I collaborated with stakeholders across multiple municipal departments to design and deliver an interactive eLearning program for 850+ city managers. The course included practice simulations, demo videos, screen-capture tutorials, job aids, and an assessment to reinforce learning, boost confidence, and accelerate adoption.
