Deliverables: Microlearning series for Atlassian Home product
Users: Globally distributed Atlassians
Challenge + Context
As Atlassian introduced a new product, Atlassian Home—a unified project management hub—employees needed clear, actionable guidance to help them understand how to use it in practice.
Approach + Solution
I designed a three-part series of intuitive microlearning documentation resources inside Confluence.
Each piece combined technical product documentation, demo videos, and interactive multimedia learning experiences to help users confidently adopt Atlassian Home in under 15 minutes.
The embedded Camtasia demo videos transformed static documentation into interactive microlearning modules, bringing product workflows to life.
By pairing clear writing, visual design, and behavioral nudges, the series guided users through the full lifecycle of project management in the newly released product.
